Mark T. Esper

Secretary of the Army

Dr. Mark T. Esper was confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Nov. 15, 2017, and sworn in as the 23rd secretary of the U.S. Army, Nov. 20, 2017. As secretary, he has statutory responsibility for all matters relating to the U.S. Army, to include the recruitment, organization, training, equipping, and care of 1.4 million active duty, National Guard, Reserve Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians and their Families

Jordan Gillis

Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and the Environment

Mr. Jordan Gillis was appointed as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment (ASA IE&E) and became the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment (ASA IE&E) on 16 October 2017.

Gustave F. Perna

AMC Commanding General

General Gustave F. Perna became the 19th Commanding General of the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) Sept. 30, 2016. AMC is the Army's premier provider of materiel readiness to ensure dominant land force capability for the U.S. Warfighter and our allies.

William R. Windsor

Director, Unexploded Ordnance Center of Excellence

Mr. William (Bill) Windsor was appointed as the Director, Department of Defense Unexploded Ordnance Center of Excellence on 24 April 2010 by the Secretary of the Army, who serves as the Department of Defense Executive Agent for the Unexploded Ordnance Center of Excellence. Mr. Windsor is the primary advisor to the Executive Agent and Principal Members of the Department of Defense Unexploded Ordnance Center of Excellence on all matters related to the policy, oversight and coordination requirements of Department of Defense Directive 5101.13E, Department of Defense Executive Agent for the Unexploded Ordnance Center of Excellence.
